If you want great American recipes, we have them!

Here's What We Do:

We seek to do inspiring things to help repel the assault on America's great culture!  We aim to encourage and to educate the American people to embrace with enthusiasm their great national culture. We believe America can be renewed only by returning to the nation's founding Biblical principles: by building a strong relationship with God, by enthusiastically embracing liberty, and by promoting compassionate entrepreneurship.

We have a growing student program, in which we teach the foundations of American culture. We also offer scholarships, internships and travel opportunities.

We provide college scholarships for good students who have little or no resources. We organize trips for college students to important and historic locations around America and beyond.

Our Christian web site, The Peace of God, offers inspirational, Spirit-filled daily devotionals, Bible resources and much more.

Israel News Daily attempts to educate people about the history and reality of Israel, and thus redress the sad and misguided imbalance of hostility towards Israel which is running rampant through many nations, including those which used to count themselves as Israel's friends.

Food of America features American Renewal by eating!  You'll find all kinds of wonderful American recipes, restaurants - and ways to celebrate the great American holidays.

Health Ideas Daily is full of helpful ways to maintain good health by improving your diet. It's a treasure trove of easy ways to eat healthily, featuring daily-updated selections of the healthiest, mouth-watering recipes. Heaven will be wonderful, but let's not rush to get there! While you're here, eat healthily and enjoyably!

Taste of America:

The United States has so much to offer!  The "Taste of America" program is designed primarily for international students to sample the wonderful cultures of the US.

Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, we have access to the facilities of the University of Virginia, and all the wonderful cultural resources of the city.  Beyond it, the Blue Ridge Mountains and our beautiful countryside offer ample opportunities for walking, hiking, swimming and many other enjoyable pursuits.

Each student is different and we try to tailor visits to suit their needs and interests.  Some are looking at universities for further education, in which case we arrange campus visits and meetings with Admissions offices.

There are regular 3-4 day  trips to the mountains, the ocean, and to Washington DC, among other places. We also often arrange tours to Central America and Caribbean countries for those interested in studying marine life etc.

Only a small number of students are accepted each year.  To apply, please send us an initial email indicating interest.

What We Believe:

1. We believe in God, and affirm the Nicene Creed of 326 AD.

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God. For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man.  For our sake, He was crucified under Pontius Pilate, suffered death and was buried. On the third day He rose again, in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. His kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, who spoke through the Prophets and speaks to us today. We pray for the salvation of all, and look forward to Eternal Life.

2. We will be truthful in an era of lies and deception. We will provide a forum to discuss and resolve whatever problems we can.

3. We affirm the Declaration of Independence, that the purpose of government is to protect unalienable rights that only God can bestow on humanity.

4. Among these, we believe liberty is the basis of history and that, to have genuine fellowship with God, He placed within us free will. Therefore, we affirm the supreme importance of liberty, and that the Constitution of the United States is the proper fulfillment of the Declaration of Independence.  We believe the federal government should perform only those functions enumerated by the Constitution and that we must do all we can to uphold, protect and defend it.

5. We believe there is absolute truth.  We embrace God's moral code and the virtues of Self-Discipline, Compassion, Responsibility, Friendship, Work, Courage, Perseverance, Honesty, Loyalty and Faith (from William Bennett's "Book of Virtues"). We seek to reflect the Fruits of the Spirit: "Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control." (Galatians 5:22). These are necessary to improve America and the world.

6. We are optimistic about the world, despite evidence to the contrary. We hope to see an end to violence, poverty, addiction and crime, but affirm our belief that those things will happen only by being firm on violent crime and by helping people out of poverty and addiction. The task cannot be delegated to governments, whose programs do not replicate the love of God.

7. We believe in seeking moral transformation, reaching out in personal ministries of reconciliation, offering comfort to the troubled, hope to the despairing, and faith to the doubting, following the biblical imperative to care for the poor, the sick and the oppressed by helping people to help themselves, "to loose the chains of injustice, to set the oppressed free." (Isaiah 58: 6). In doing so, we hope to instill in others a similar mission and purpose.

8. We will remain strong against the temptations of the Evil One, because he seeks to steal our lives on earth and in Heaven. Rather, we will live knowing that every moment matters, and that every person represents a gift from God.

9. As we speak the truth in love, we will love God with all our being, and try to love others as ourselves.

10. We will sacrifice our time and wealth as necessary, and develop and use the gifts and talents God has given us.

With a firm reliance on Almighty God, we pledge to Him our future, and the future of the United States of America.

Thank you so much!
May God bless you and may God bless America!
